Samuel Charles married Margaret Carricker Garrett (Widow) in June of
1870.In Libby Jean Harvey's 1967 family tree she is referred to as Margaret Lucindy.
On her marriage license to Louis Garriet she is listed as 18 years old and he is listed as 21 years old--on 29 June 1857.

This Uncle Jim Garrett was a half brother to Pa and was sherrif of Woodruff County Arkansas
My original date for his death was Jan 20, 1949 taken from the family Bible in the possession of Jenk Stephenson; however, his death certificate indicates his death as Jan 22, 1949. Also, I have his date of birth as March 31, 1867 and the death certificate indicates it is March 31, 1868.
